Product-Specific Warranty Guidelines

Warranty covers display issues, button issues, and pairing issues for 2 days from the purchase date.
Not covered: App-related problems, sensor accuracy complaints, or any issues beyond the seller’s control.
Earbuds
Warranty covers no power issues and battery issues only for the charging case.
Not covered: Ear tips, single-ear pairing issues, button issues, and app-related connectivity problems.
Charger Adapters
Not covered: Lightning burns and port issues.
Power Banks
Warranty applies only to battery-related no power issues.
Ports not working, swollen batteries, display issues, slow charging, board issues, and cable issues are covered for 7 days from the purchase date.
The power bank must be free from dents for warranty eligibility.
Hubs
Warranty covers no power issues.
Port issues are covered only for 7 days from the purchase date.
