  1. No Cash Refunds
    No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  2. Warranty Exclusions
    The following issues are not covered under warranty:

    • Physical damage, dents, or water damage

    • Software-related issues

    • Button malfunctions

    • Lightning or electrical burns

    • Overcharging damage (for battery-powered devices)

  3. Accessories & Packaging
    For any warranty claim, the original retail box and all included accessories must be returned.

  4. Inspection Period
    All warranty claims are subject to a 7–14 day inspection period before a decision is made.

  5. Accessory-Related Damage
    We are not responsible for any damage caused to items due to accessories purchased from us.

Product-Specific Warranty Guidelines

Smart Watches

  • Warranty covers display issues, button issues, and pairing issues for 2 days from the purchase date.

  • Not covered: App-related problems, sensor accuracy complaints, or any issues beyond the seller’s control.

Earbuds

  • Warranty covers no power issues and battery issues only for the charging case.

  • Not covered: Ear tips, single-ear pairing issues, button issues, and app-related connectivity problems.

Charger Adapters

  • Not covered: Lightning burns and port issues.

Power Banks

  • Warranty applies only to battery-related no power issues.

  • Ports not working, swollen batteries, display issues, slow charging, board issues, and cable issues are covered for 7 days from the purchase date.

  • The power bank must be free from dents for warranty eligibility.

Hubs

  • Warranty covers no power issues.

  • Port issues are covered only for 7 days from the purchase date.
